All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving payment.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During peak seasons (festivals, promotions), processing time may be slightly extended.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order weight.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Metro cities: 2–4 business days
Non-metro & rural areas: 4–7 business days
These are approximate delivery times and may vary based on your pincode and courier partner.

5. Delivery Partner & Tracking

We ship via reputed delivery partners such as Delhivery, DTDC, Bluedart, India Post, etc.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/email to monitor your shipment.

6. Packaging

All sweets are packed in airtight, hygienic, and tamper-proof boxes to preserve freshness and prevent damage during transit.

7. Delayed or Failed Delivery

If the courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the order may be returned to us.
In such cases, re-delivery may incur additional charges.
We are not responsible for delays due to natural disasters, courier delays, or strikes.
