Return and Refund Policy – Dhodha Sweets

At Dhodha Sweets, we take immense pride in delivering premium quality traditional Indian sweets to our customers. Your satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.


1. Returns

As our sweets are perishable food items, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Please do not send any product back to us, as we will not be able to process a return.


2. Refunds (if applicable)

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged during transit.

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • The order was not delivered at all.

To request a refund, please email us at [your email address] within 24 hours of receiving the product. Include:

  • Order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged/incorrect product and packaging

Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 working days.


3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)

  3. Contact your bank

4. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order by contacting us at [your email address or phone number]. Once the sweets are prepared or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
